Effective Date

1. TT Epik+ Plans shall be made available from 00.01, 16th December 2024 ("Effective Date") onwards.
2. Effective 3rd November 2025, a new plan named Epik+ 28 shall replace the existing Epik+ 25 plan. All existing Epik+ 25 subscribers shall be automatically migrated to Epik+ 28 upon renewal. Migration shall occur seamlessly, and subscribers will enjoy the updated plan benefits from their next renewal date onwards.
3. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify these TT Epik+ Plans Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by Tune Talk shall be final, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Changes shall be published on Tune Talk's official website at tunetalk.com.

Eligibility

1. All new line activations and successful port-ins from the Effective Date via the Tune Talk App's self-registration are eligible.
2. Existing Tune Talk subscribers who switch to TT Epik+ Plans from the Effective Date are also eligible.
3. Eligibility to switch shall be at the sole discretion of Tune Talk.

Location

1. TT Epik+ Plans shall be effective only within Malaysia. In the event a subscriber wishes to use Tune Talk's services outside Malaysia, they are required to purchase Internet Roaming passes separately.

Product Description

1. The TT Epik+ Plans and passes include a range of short-term, monthly, and yearly plans, each offering high-speed internet, calls, and optional add-ons. Details are set out in the plan table available on tunetalk.com/prepaid/epik-plans.
2. Terms & Conditions of TT Epik+ Plans:

   a. Short-term Pass

   i. Mingguan Pass

   • Priced at RM12.00. Includes: 15GB Hi-Speed, Unlimited voice calls to all networks, 12 sen per SMS, 7 days validity.
   • Subscribers must purchase eligible add-ons to access hotspot services.

   b. Monthly Plans

   i. Epik+ Call20

   • Priced at RM20.00. Includes: 15GB 5G/4G Base Internet uncapped, Unlimited voice calls, 12 sen per SMS, 30 days validity.
   • Hotspot shared with Base Internet and/or add-ons; enabled for one (1) device only.
   • Subscribers can purchase eligible add-ons.

   ii. Epik+ 25 (Discontinued — replaced by Epik+ 28 effective 3rd November 2025)

   • 1-month: RM25.00 | 3-month: RM72.00 | 6-month: RM140.00 | 12-month: RM275.00
   • Included: 40GB 4G/5G Base Internet (uncapped), Unlimited calls, 10 SMS, 30 days validity.
   • All existing subscribers automatically migrated to Epik+ 28 upon renewal.

   iii. Epik+ 28 (Effective 3rd November 2025)

   • 1-month: RM28.00 | 3-month: RM80.00 | 6-month: RM155.00 | 12-month: RM310.00
   • Includes: 50GB 5G/4G Base Internet uncapped, Unlimited voice calls, 10 SMS, 30 days validity.
   • Hotspot shared with Base Internet and/or add-ons.
   • Subscribers may switch via the Tune Talk App starting 1st November 2025.

   iv. Epik+ 35

   • 1-month: RM35.00 | 3-month: RM100.00 | 6-month: RM195.00 | 12-month: RM385.00
   • Includes: 200GB 5G/4G Base Internet uncapped, Unlimited voice calls, 10 SMS, 30 days validity.
   • Complimentary access to Games & Drama and Nova Condensed Reading (subject to eligibility).
   • Eligible for complimentary personal insurance coverage up to RM100,000.

   v. Epik+ 50

   • 1-month: RM50.00 | 3-month: RM145.00 | 6-month: RM280.00 | 12-month: RM550.00
   • Includes: 500GB 5G/4G Base Internet (uncapped), Unlimited voice calls, 10 SMS, 30 days validity.
   • Complimentary PandaPro access, Games & Drama, Nova Condensed Reading, and upcoming unlimited e-roaming in selected countries.
   • Hotspot enabled for three (3) devices simultaneously.
   • Eligible for complimentary personal insurance coverage up to RM150,000.

   vi. Epik5G 45 (Discontinued for new purchase)

   • Priced at RM45.00. Includes: 30GB 5G/4G Base Internet + Bonus unlimited 5G internet (subject to FUP of 70GB), Unlimited calls, 12 sen per SMS, 30 days validity.
   • Bonus 5G internet capped at speeds up to 100Mbps.

   c. Yearly Plans

   i. Tahunan 99

   • Priced at RM99. Includes: 2GB Hi-Speed Base Internet per 30 days (12 cycles), Unlimited calls within Tune Talk network, Unlimited Connect Apps, 12 sen per SMS.
   • Unused quota does not carry forward between cycles.

   ii. Tahunan 200

   • Priced at RM200. Includes: 10GB Hi-Speed Monthly Base Internet per 30 days (12 cycles), Unlimited calls within Tune Talk network, 12 sen per SMS.
   • Unused quota does not carry forward between cycles.

   d. Add-Ons and Boosters

   • Subscribers may purchase additional Internet Add-Ons and Boosters ("Add-Ons") to enhance their active TT Epik+ plan. Each Add-On follows the validity period of the subscriber's active plan or yearly cycle.
   • 1.5GB 4G Internet Booster (B3) — RM3.00: 5GB Hi-Speed Internet, SD streaming quality for whitelisted video apps. Available for Epik5G 45 and Tahunan99 subscribers.
   • 10GB 4G Internet Booster (B10) — RM10.00: 10GB Hi-Speed 4G/5G Internet. Available for Tahunan200 subscribers.
   • 10GB 5G Internet Booster (5G10) — RM10.00: 10GB 5G Hotspotable Internet + 50 free SMS + 5G provisioning. Available for all active TT Epik+ Plans.
   • 3GB 5G Internet Booster (5G3) — RM3.00: 3GB 5G Hotspotable Internet, 1-day validity. Exclusive to Mingguan subscribers.
   • All Add-Ons are non-transferable and non-refundable. Add-Ons are consumed before Base Internet quotas in order of activation priority. Upon expiry, remaining quota is forfeited and cannot be carried forward.
   • In the event of multiple active Internet buckets, utilisation priority: (1) 5G Boosters → (2) App-based Freebies/Promotions → (3) Base Internet → (4) Free Basic Internet (FBI).

Insurance Eligibility

1. Epik+ Hero Plans eligible for insurance coverage: Epik+ 35 and Epik+ 50.
2. Eligibility is lost if the subscriber fails to maintain an active Hero Plan for any calendar month, or fails to purchase consecutively.
3. Cooling period: A waiting period of two (2) months applies to all new subscriptions. Insurance coverage becomes effective on the third (3rd) month following initial purchase.
4. Coverage is provided on a month-to-month basis thereafter, subject to maintaining an eligible plan purchase each month. Coverage suspended if no eligible plan is purchased in a given month, and reinstated upon next eligible purchase.

Plan Mechanics

1. Validity starts on purchase and expires at 11:59PM on expiry date.
2. Auto-renewals run from 00:01AM – 1:30AM after expiry; avoid manual renewal during this window.
3. If balance is sufficient, only one plan is allowed at a time; a new plan replaces the existing plan.
4. Add-Ons and Boosters do not carry forward.
5. Upon quota exhaustion, usage reverts to Free Basic Internet (FBI) if available.
6. SMS alerts are sent at 90% and 100% data usage.
7. Unlimited calls are subject to Tune Talk's Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

Limitation

1. Legacy plans (Tune Talk BUDDIES, VALUE, CUN VALUE, HI VALUE, JIMAT, etc.) are no longer available for Epik+ subscribers.
2. 5G services require a 5G-compatible device and 5G coverage area.
3. Tune Talk may manage hotspot usage to ensure optimal network performance.
4. Upon expiry or termination of a 5G plan, SIM reverts to 4G until a 5G plan or booster is re-activated.

General Terms

1. All prices mentioned herein are exclusive of Sales & Services Tax ("SST"). SST shall be charged to non-Malaysian subscribers (registered with Passport) for any purchase via non-credit forms of payment.
2. Calls to premium/special numbers (including but not exclusive to 1-300 and 1-800 numbers) shall incur charges pursuant to applicable rates.
3. All unused Internet balances shall be forfeited, and requests for refunds shall not be accommodated.
4. Tune Talk reserves the right at any time without liability to suspend or terminate service, plans, Internet, voice or call subscriptions if Tune Talk has reasonable grounds that the subscriber is in violation of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
5. All queries shall be directed to Tune Talk's Customer Care via Live Chat, calling 13100 or 03-2771 7000 (non-Tune Talk or overseas) from 8am to 10pm daily.
6. In the event of any inconsistencies between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
7. The law governing these Terms and Conditions shall be the law of Malaysia.
8. Tune Talk reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or Fair Usage Policy at any time, without prior notice.
9. The subscriber's personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 and governed by Tune Talk's Privacy Policy at tunetalk.com/privacy-policy.
